How to Configure Your Phone for Our Text Notifications
We send important updates via text (SMS) such as bid confirmations, auction reminders, and winning notifications from +1 (940) 314-6632.
Important: Texts Going to Spam?
Many customers report our legitimate messages being filtered as spam. The #1 fix is to add our text number to your contacts. This tells your phone and carrier that we are a trusted sender.

Quick Tip
After saving the contact, reply to one of our messages with a simple word like “OK” or “Received”. This helps carriers recognize us as legitimate.
For iPhone (iOS)
1. Add Our Text Number to Contacts (Most Important)
- Open the Messages app and find a message from (940) 314-6632.
- Tap the number at the top → Info (i) icon.
- Tap Create New Contact or Add to Contacts.
- Name it “Robyn Auctions Text Alerts” and save.
2. Turn Off Filter Unknown Senders
- Go to Settings → Messages.
- Turn OFF Filter Unknown Senders.
For Android

- Open Messages and open a message from (940) 314-6632.
- Tap the number or three-dot menu → Add to Contacts.
- Name it “Robyn Auctions Text Alerts” and save.
2. Mark Conversation as Not Spam
- Open our conversation from (940) 314-6632.
- Tap the three-dot menu → Look for Not spam, Mark as not spam, or Details.
- Ensure notifications are turned ON for this chat.

How do I register to bid with Proxibid?
Visit Proxibid.com, create an account, and register for our specific auction. You'll need to provide valid ID and a credit card for verification.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and credit cards (with processing fees). Full payment is due within 48 hours of auction close.
What is a buyer's premium?
A buyer's premium is a percentage fee added to the winning bid. It varies per auction—check the terms on the auction page.
